This policy applies to paid calm end-of-day planning programs offered by Fitluminous.
Cancellations by you
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can fill your seat.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is available when requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel a session, you may choose a new date or a refund of amounts paid for that session.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Materials already provided may reduce refundable amounts where applicable.
Group bookings
Private group terms are confirmed in writing at booking. Group deposits may be partially non-refundable as stated in your agreement.
